Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AAAdvantage, we are committed to providing high-quality AI automation services that meet your business needs. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided and our cancellation procedures.

2. Consultation Services

For consultation services:

• Free initial consultations are non-refundable as they are provided at no cost
• Paid consultation sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice
• No refunds for missed appointments without prior notice
• Partial refunds may be considered for extenuating circumstances

3. Custom AI Solutions

For custom AI automation solutions:

• Project cancellation within 48 hours of agreement: 100% refund
• Project cancellation after 48 hours but before development begins: 75% refund
• Project cancellation after development begins: No refund
• Service quality issues: Full refund or project completion at no additional cost

4. Ongoing Services

For ongoing AI automation services:

• Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Annual contracts cancelled early may incur early termination fees
• Service credits may be provided for extended outages

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Submit a written request to info@aaadvantage.io
• Include your name, company, and reason for refund
• Provide any relevant documentation or evidence
• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed work that meets agreed-upon specifications
• Third-party software licenses or API costs
• Custom training or data preparation services
• Express or rush service fees

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

• Contact us within 30 days of the original decision
• Provide additional documentation or clarification
• We will review your case within 5 business days
• Final decisions will be communicated in writing
